How we work
We are a small workshop in Barcelona. That means fewer people between you and the printer, and more control over every part.
You talk to the person printing your part
No sales reps, no support tickets. You write, and the person who will load your file onto the printer replies.
Every file is checked by hand
Before printing we check the mesh, the orientation and the minimum wall thicknesses. If we can see it will not come out well, we tell you before producing it.
If we get it wrong, we reprint it
No arguments. If the fault is in the printing rather than the design, we make it again at no cost.

See all questionsWhich file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, OBJ and 3MF, the formats every CAD and modelling package exports. We also read Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer and PrusaSlicer project files: when a 3MF holds several build plates, you pick the ones you want printed and each is quoted on its own. If you work in STEP, IGES, F3D or SolidWorks, send it over and we will convert it free of charge.
How is the price calculated?
The price depends on the actual volume of material your part consumes, machine time, the chosen material and the finish. Our configurator analyses your file geometry and applies those variables instantly, so the amount you see is the amount you pay.
How long does an order take?
Standard lead time is 3 to 5 working days. Priority is 2 working days, and Express 24 h puts your order at the front of the queue. The clock starts when we confirm payment.
How do I pay?
We currently accept Bizum. When you confirm your order we email you an invoice with the exact amount and the payment details. You never enter bank details on this website and nothing is charged automatically.
