2. Purpose and terms of use

This website offers an on-demand additive manufacturing service. Using the configurator and placing orders implies acceptance of these terms. Users undertake to use the site lawfully and not to upload files for which they do not hold the necessary rights.

3. Intellectual property in uploaded files

Files you upload remain entirely yours. We use them solely to produce your order and never share, publish or reuse them. By uploading a file you confirm you hold the rights required to reproduce it. We reserve the right to refuse orders for parts whose manufacture may be unlawful, including weapons and their components.

4. Prices, orders and payment

Prices shown in the configurator are calculated automatically from your file geometry and the options selected. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise; applicable VAT is always itemised before you confirm. An order is considered placed once payment is received; payment instructions are emailed after confirmation.

5. Lead times, tolerances and liability

Stated lead times are estimates in working days and start from payment confirmation. Indicative dimensional tolerances are ±0.3 mm or ±0.3 % for FDM and ±0.1 mm for SLA resin. We accept no liability for defects arising from the design of the file supplied by the customer.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under article 103(c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, which is the case for parts manufactured on demand from your files. This does not affect your rights where a product is defective or non-conforming.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer legislation provides otherwise.
