Which file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, OBJ and 3MF, the formats every CAD and modelling package exports. We also read Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer and PrusaSlicer project files: when a 3MF holds several build plates, you pick the ones you want printed and each is quoted on its own. If you work in STEP, IGES, F3D or SolidWorks, send it over and we will convert it free of charge.
How is the price calculated?
The price depends on the actual volume of material your part consumes, machine time, the chosen material and the finish. Our configurator analyses your file geometry and applies those variables instantly, so the amount you see is the amount you pay.
How long does an order take?
Standard lead time is 3 to 5 working days. Priority is 2 working days, and Express 24 h puts your order at the front of the queue. The clock starts when we confirm payment.
How do I pay?
We currently accept Bizum. When you confirm your order we email you an invoice with the exact amount and the payment details. You never enter bank details on this website and nothing is charged automatically.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, and it is free. Our workshop is in El Born and we notify you by email and WhatsApp when your order is ready to collect.
What tolerances can I expect?
On FDM we work to a typical tolerance of ±0.3 mm or ±0.3 % (whichever is greater). On SLA resin that drops to ±0.1 mm. If your part has critical fits, note it in the order comments and we will review it before printing.
What if my file has errors?
We manually review every file before printing. If the mesh is open, inverted or contains unprintable geometry we repair it free of charge when it is straightforward, and we always check with you first if the fix would change the part.
Are my models kept confidential?
Completely. We never share, publish or reuse a customer file. If you need a signed NDA we are happy to sign one. We delete your files after 30 days on request.
Do you do production runs?
Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically in the configurator from 3 units and reach 20 % on orders of 100 or more. For larger volumes or recurring production, contact us for custom pricing.
Can you design the part for me?
Yes. We offer 3D modelling from a sketch, a photo or a physical part. Tell us what you need and we will quote the design work before starting.
